Structural composition:

• Box:

divided into upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper box mainly includes a small cover for the filter bag, an air storage bag, a pulse valve, a lifting valve and other components. The air storage bag is used to store compressed air, the pulse valve controls the injection of compressed air, and the lifting valve is used to control the on and off of the filtered airflow; the middle box has filter bags, bag cages and air inlet and exhaust pipes. The filter bag is the core component of filtering dust, and the bag cage is used to support the filter bag; the lower box and ash hopper part include columns, ash hoppers and inspection holes, etc. The ash hopper is used to collect the filtered dust, the columns play a supporting role, and the inspection holes are convenient for the maintenance of the equipment.

• Filter bag assembly:

It consists of a long bag and a bag cage. The material of the long bag is diverse and can be selected according to different working conditions and dust characteristics. For example, polyester needle felt can be selected under normal temperature conditions, and glass fiber and other materials can be selected under high temperature conditions. The function of the bag cage is to support the filter bag so that it can maintain the stability of shape and structure during the filtering and cleaning process.

• Pulse spray device:

including air bag, pulse valve, spray pipe, etc. Compressed air is stored in the air bag by the air tank. When dust cleaning is required, the pulse valve opens at the set time interval, and the compressed air is instantly sprayed into the filter bag through the nozzle on the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly and vibrate, blowing off the dust on the surface of the filter bag.

• Inlet and outlet:

The air inlet is used for the entry of dust-containing gas, and the air outlet is the discharge channel for purified gas.

• Lift valve and ash discharge valve:

The lift valve is used to control the switching of the filtering and cleaning status of each chamber, and the ash discharge valve is used to discharge the dust in the ash hopper to a designated location.

• Detection and control system:

 It is composed of various sensors, controllers, etc., which are used to monitor the operating parameters of the dust collector in real time, such as pressure difference, temperature, gas flow, etc., and automatically control the cleaning and unloading operations according to the set parameters.

• Working principle:

Dust-laden gas enters the lower part of the middle box of the dust collector from the air inlet. Large dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertial collision, natural sedimentation, etc. The remaining dust enters the filter area of the middle box with the air flow, and the dust is deposited on the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas after filtration passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper box, lifting valve, and exhaust pipe. As the filtering condition proceeds, the dust deposited on the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the resistance of the dust collector itself to gradually increase. When the dust deposited on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain amount, the dust cleaning control device sends a signal to close the lifting valve of a bag chamber to cut off the filtering airflow of the chamber, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve. The compressed air from the air storage tank passes through the air bag in a very short time sequence through each pulse valve and the nozzle on the blowing pipe to induce air several times the amount of injection gas to enter the filter bag, forming an air wave, causing the filter bag to expand and vibrate sharply from the bag mouth to the bottom, and coupled with the effect of the reverse airflow, the dust deposited on the outside of the filter bag falls off. After fully considering the dust settling time, the lifting valve opens, the filter bag in this bag chamber returns to the filtering state, and the next bag chamber enters the cleaning state, and this cycle ends when the cleaning of the next bag chamber is completed.
