Structural composition:

• Drum part:

It is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters. The inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder cooperate with each other. The inner cylinder performs preliminary heat exchange and drying, the middle cylinder further enhances the drying effect, and the outer cylinder plays the role of heat preservation and auxiliary drying.

• Transmission device:

including motor, reducer, support wheel, wheel belt, etc. The motor provides power, drives the support wheel to rotate through the reducer, and the friction between the support wheel and the wheel belt causes the cylinder to rotate, ensuring that the material continues to roll and move in the cylinder.

• Feeding device:

• Discharging device:

• Heat source system:

Provides heat for the drying process. Common heat sources include coal, natural gas, biomass particles, etc.

• Lifting plate device:

Lifting plates with different angles and spacings are provided in the cylinder, so that the quartz sand can be evenly dispersed and turned in the cylinder, and fully contact with the hot air flow.

• Dust removal system:

collects and processes dust generated during the drying process to reduce environmental pollution.

• Working principle:

wet quartz sand enters the inner drum from the feeding device, is continuously picked up and scattered by the shovel in the inner drum, and undergoes preliminary heat exchange with the hot air flow from the heat source system to achieve downstream drying and initially remove most of the moisture. Then the quartz sand enters the middle drum for countercurrent drying, where the material is repeatedly lifted in the middle drum to extend the drying time. Finally, the quartz sand falls into the outer drum, where it is further dried and discharged from the discharging device.
